Welcome to Lino House.

Lino House is an exclusive property in Santa Elena, Medellin. The property is can be accessed by a paved road from Via Las Palmas, and comes with has an exterior remote controlled gate, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, a driveway to the front of home and large front yard with fogata space by the hammocks. Lounge chairs, hammocks, outdoor furniture is all included just like the pictures.

The home has a laid back vibe with a unique industrial decor and great for entertaining guests or events. Please write to us if have the intent of having a commercial purpose for the home. For example we have hosted TV commercials, video and photo shoots, large parties or even weddings (we have had 3).

All events, commercial uses or large parties must be discussed prior to booking, since additional fees may be required prior to your arrival (early check-in, additional cleaning, services during your stay such as transportation). We welcome all reservations, please write to us to discuss.

As our guest you will be able to access the entire property

We have a property manager that will give you the keys and help you during check-in.

The neighborhood is quiet, secluded and private.

For additional services during your stay please let us know so we can have them ready prior to your arrival. Some pasts requests include, car rental, cleaning services, cooking services, tours (city and nature), medical tourism in the city.

For those guests who desire an even more tailored vacation experience, we provide concierge services where all of your needs are met without question and is of the highest level of service. Additional fees apply for concierge level service

Other things to keep in mind: – We provide early check-in or late check out as an additional service. We rent the house daily so its neccesary to know your intent to stay longer as soon as possible to modify the calendar – Smoking inside the home is prohibited. It stains with odor on everything and additional cleaning fees will be imposed on your reservation if this rule is not followed. – Please do not throw away any items in the toilets. Plumbing repairs are very expensive and will also be back charged to your reservation. This is 100% avoidable please do not throw paper in the toilet.
