Welcome to our lovely home located only minutes from Dolphin Mall. Our guests love the quick access to the Turnpike and 836, permitting quick access to Downtown Miami, Wynwood, South Beach and other major hot spots around Miami. Please do not smoke or vape inside of the house estimates for smoking inside of the house are approximately $500 for a deep clean, including AC vents. We will charge your credit card if we find evidence of smoking inside of the house (with proof). You can smoke outside the house in the patio without any problem.

Where you’ll be
This is an upper class neighborhood in Miami. You can walk comfortably around the neighborhood and are safe at night. Many shops are less than 5 minutes away including boutique stores, parks, and supermarkets.
Getting around
Best way to get around will be with a car. Next best option would be Uber. Third best option would be the train that moves around Miami , combined with public transportation.
