Introducing Paraiso, an elegantly designed property in Puerto Cortes with a modern and stylish finish, while ensuring all the comforts of a contemporary home. The property has two units, each with two bedrooms, one bathroom, full kitchen, washer/dryer , and a spacious living room. Near the property is Playa del Faro, Playa de Mareja, and Playa Comaguay. A close drive you will find Playa de Rio Mar, Playa de la Cocoa Cola, and Playa Travesia. Welcome to your paradise by the sea!
The property has a private gate for security and we have a property manager that will take care of any needs you have on-site. We take pride in having comfortable beds, clean finishes and modern appliances. The place is relaxing and peaceful.
This listing has two units under one structure. They are separated by a wall and entry doors are next to each other. Please refer to the picture to see where which door is which unit.
We ask that you do not smoke inside. The smoke sticks to everything and the cleaning will be doubled. We charge $250 USD for smoking inside of the unit. Please smoke outside.
