This is an upper class neighborhood in Miami. You can walk comfortably around the neighborhood and are safe at night. Many shops are less than 5 minutes away including boutique stores, parks, and supermarkets.
Best way to get around will be with a car. Next best option would be Uber. Third best option would be the train that moves around Miami , combined with public transportation.
