Welcome to “Paraiso”, an elegantly designed property in Puerto Cortes with a modern and stylish finish, while ensuring all the comforts of a contemporary home. The property has two units, each with two bedrooms, one bathroom, full kitchen, washer/dryer , and a spacious living room. Near the property is Playa del Faro, Playa de Mareja, and Playa Comaguay. A close drive you will find Playa de Rio Mar, Playa de la Cocoa Cola, and Playa Travesia. Welcome to your paradise by the sea!

The property has a private gate for security and we have a property manager that will take care of any needs you have on-site. We take pride in having comfortable beds, clean finishes and modern appliances. The place is relaxing and peaceful.

You will have access to the entire property, including the private lounge area.

My cohost and I will are always available through messaging or Airbnb. We also have a property manager who’s available at a moment’s notice.

Neighborhood is close to the beaches mentioned above. We recommend visiting the beaches during your stay that are known for their great food, drinks and relaxing laid back vibe.

There are taxis available to move around but the best way to move around would be to have a vehicle for yourself.

This listing has two units under one structure. They are separated by a wall and entry doors are next to each other. Please refer to the picture to see where which door is which unit.

We ask that you do not smoke inside. The smoke sticks to everything and the cleaning will be doubled. We charge $250 USD for smoking inside of the unit. Please smoke outside.
